CoTeam provides AI-powered demo automation for SaaS products. You agree to use CoTeam responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your company.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of Service
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Use CoTeam to create misleading demos or impersonate others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
- CoTeam operates on a subscription basis.
- Payments are processed securely via PayStack or a similar provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid term.
- Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.
6. Early Access & Beta Disclaimer
During Early Access, CoTeam may contain experimental features. You understand that performance, uptime, and availability may vary. We appreciate feedback and reserve the right to adjust pricing or features after the beta phase.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content remain the property of CoTeam Inc. You retain rights to your uploaded content and grant CoTeam a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of any information you upload. We will not share, sell, or publicly disclose your proprietary materials without consent.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription anytime.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse.
- Upon termination, you retain ownership of your data but lose access to the Service.
10. Disclaimers
- CoTeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
- You assume all responsibility for use of the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoTeam and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County, CA.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
