Understanding Demo Sessions
What happens when someone clicks your link:
- Prospect lands on demo page
- Optionally enters name/email
- AI agent greets them (voice or text)
- Prospect asks questions about your product
- AI navigates your product UI in real-time
- AI qualifies the lead based on engagement
- Session summary saves to your analytics
Viewing Analytics
Navigate to Analytics to see:
Active Sessions (Live):
- Who's in a demo right now
- Their qualification score (updating in real-time)
- What they're asking about
Behavior Insights:
- Top questions prospects ask
- Most explored product features
- Best times of day for demos
- Where prospects drop off
Lead Qualification:
- 🔥 Hot Leads (80-100): Highly engaged, asking detailed questions
- 🌡️ Warm Leads (60-79): Moderate interest
- ❄️ Cold Leads (0-59): Low engagement
Managing Companies
From Companies page:
- View Demo Links: Copy and share your unique demo URLs
- Preview Demo: Test your demo before sharing
- Edit Company: Update product info, URLs, or authentication
- View Analytics: See stats for specific companies
